  The traditional sheet forming method was a combination of blinder and roller, Which was time - consumption and low efficiency. To improve this process, we special desing ths Taper Twin Screws Extrusion, Roll Calenders Sheet Forming Machine. After the mixing and blending inside the blinder, rubber material is conveying to the hopper inlet of this machine as well as the blinder, instead of one - man to one machine style, this machine improves the working effciency.
  The material being extruded out could be rolled up and cut off. The color changing of this machine is simple and easy at all. Its features included even width and thickness, low heat generation, less power consumption and few breakdown, etc. Besider, the combination of production line with this machine and a blinder could reduce the cost and incerase the competition.

Electro - resistance Inductance Rule (LVDT)

 

  Apply pneumatic pressure to stretch the material equally spreading on the surface of the roller. It is a good mer- chanical motion desing resulting the material output in more equilibrium and higher density. If equipped with electronic limited switch. it could after its speed automa- ticcallyto fit the condition of the prodution line.   This rule uses on the thickness selting of the material.It detects the elasticity variation and alters teh setting during extrusion and hence to minimize rejection rate.

Gearbox cooling system

  The lubrication oil of the gearbox goes through the cooling system by individual the piping, passing the filter and deliverly to the bearings to provide efficiency librication result. the filter is desiged for easy exchange.The system keeps the whole gearbox working in low temperature condition, wihich could prolong the lifetime of the gearbox and bearings, reducing the cost of maintenance and good for environment.    The visible indication on the In/Out of the waterline makes easy maintenance and good traing. It minimizes manual mistakes as well.
