To improve this process, we special desing ths Taper Twin Screws Extrusion, Roll Calenders Sheet Forming Machine. After the mixing and blending inside the blinder, rubber material is conveying to the hopper inlet of this machine as well as the blinder, instead of one - man to one machine style, this machine improves the working effciency. The material being extruded out could be rolled up and cut off. The color changing of this machine is simple and easy at all. This rule uses on the thickness selting of the material.It detects the elasticity variation and alters teh setting during extrusion and hence to minimize rejection rate. |

| The lubrication oil of the gearbox goes through the cooling system by individual the piping, passing the filter and deliverly to the bearings to provide efficiency librication result. the filter is desiged for easy exchange.The system keeps the whole gearbox working in low temperature condition, wihich could prolong the lifetime of the gearbox and bearings, reducing the cost of maintenance and good for environment. |
